Cloth armor provides minimal armor and is the general wear of most Thralls and lesser Freemen. It is generally of lesser craftsmanship, though it is very commonly available.

Medium Armor

Medium Armor includes thick furs and leathers, primarily crafted for military use, for scouts, woodsmen, and lesser bondsmen and freeholder. Freemen and Boendr who fancy themselves warriors often wear medium armor of high quality, unable to afford proper Heavy Armor.

Heavy Armor

Heavy Armor includes great amounts of metal and leather, blended together to help protect against the biting blades and axes of others. Heavy Armor is expensive, belonging primarily to mercenary companies (who often only hold poorly crafted forms), and Boendr who come from warrior stock. Most Boendr families or the family of Jarls own one well crafted suit of Heavy Armor for their champions or for when the house must go to war.
